Responsibilities

• Support the business units with an analytical approach to identify opportunities for revenue growth and unlock new revenue potentials.
• Create the monthly reporting package, independently analyze deviations and ensure transparent numbers.
• Prepare planning documents and work closely with the business units to ensure a solid and sustainable plan.
• Contribute your financial knowledge to finance‑related projects and shape processes.
• Develop ad‑hoc analyses independently and deliver essential decision‑making foundations.
• Work on the development of our controlling tools and contribute new ideas.
• Be involved in the preparation of the annual financial statements and actively shape them.

Qualifications

• Completed BWL degree or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in controlling, preferably in the retail environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable working with numbers and formulas.
• Familiarity with SAP FI/CO/BI or willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and friendly disposition in daily work.
• Self‑motivated, responsible, curious, and initiative‑driven.
• Analytical thinker with strong quantitative skills.
• Clear communication, high social competence, teamwork, and service orientation.
• Persistence and ability to stay on task in challenging situations to successfully close topics.
