AGC Biologics sucht derzeit zur Unterstutzung des Bereichs Quality Control / Chemistry am Standort Heidelberg ab sofort und unbefristet eine technische Assistenz (m / w / d).

Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Chromatografie per HPLC (RP- / SE- / AIEX-HPLC). Weitere in der Abteilung angewendete Methoden: .-Methoden (z.B. visuelle Untersuchung pH Leitfhigkeit) spektroskopische Konzentrations- und Aktivittsbestimmung (z.B. UV / Vis ELISA) sowie weitere chromatografische Methoden (z.B. SDS-PAGE).

Responsibilities

• Probenorganisation und Logistik von Stabilit e4tsspr fcmustern unter GMP (dokumentierte Ein- und Auslagerungen von Proben an Gefrierschr f6nken und Inkubatoren im Rahmen von Stabilit e4tsstudien)
• Analyse von Biopharmazeutika mit unterschiedlichen Analysenmethode
• Durchf fchrung Dokumentation und Pr fcfung von Analysen im GMP-Umfeld

Qualifications

• Erfolgreiche Ausbildung (z.B. CTA BTA Biologielaborant oder gleichwertig) oder Bachelor-Abschluss
• Erste Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld von Vorteil aber nicht erforderlich
• Gutes praktisches und technisches Verst e4ndnis fr methodische Fragestellungen
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Proteinanalytik hilfreich
• Berufserfahrung im GMP-reguliertem Labor von Vorteil aber nicht erforderlich
• Gute Englischkenntnisse (B1 - B2) Teamf e4higkeit Flexibilit e4t und sehr gutes Organisationstalent
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
