Your Responsibilities

Product at Raisin requires a broad set of soft and hard skills. While every day is different, here are some key expectations:

• Be the go-to expert for your product, understanding its impact on company results.
• Lead the refinement of major product problems, define success criteria, and identify risks and dependencies.
• Promote data-driven decision making and improve data availability.
• Develop and communicate quarterly OKRs aligned with strategy, securing buy-in from stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understanding best practices and providing high-level solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous feedback, learning from failures, and recognizing achievements.
• Maintain high-functioning communication channels with stakeholders to maximize effectiveness.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams through complexity to reach alignment and decisions.

Your Profile

Must haves:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical understanding of system interactions, data flows, and APIs.
• Experience in banking or financial services.

Nice to haves:

• Fluency in German.

Important attributes:

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly.
