Field of activity
The DRV-IT DSRV & Services department coordinates the IT of the German Pension Insurance (DRV), operates the Pension Insurance Data Center (DSRV) and provides a wide range of services for all DRV institutions.
The "IT Operations" department in Würzburg operates and monitors the entire IT infrastructure and all IT processes of the Pension Insurance Data Office (DSRV) as well as central services for all pension insurance providers. We also ensure the exchange of data with social insurance institutions in Germany and abroad. The team (currently six people) supports all managers, teams and employees in IT operations with central tasks. This also includes ITIL process management tasks such as change management and demand management as well as the associated documentation processes.
Your tasks
- Coordinate IT change management with regard to technical and functional requirements
- Accompanying and documenting the changes
- Planning and coordinating maintenance appointments
- Preparing decisions for the Change Advisory Board
- Creating reports, statements and templates for change management
- Further development of the change process
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training in the IT sector or a university degree (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification (e.g. an IT-specific qualification) or comparable practical experience in the IT sector
- Several years of task-relevant professional experience in IT change management
- Current knowledge of IT processes (for example ITIL)
- Ideally, you also have practical experience in installation
- Administration and configuration of IT systems
- We require business fluent German (C1 level and above), both written and spoken
- You are characterized by a self-organized, independent and structured way of working
- The ability to work in a team and a willingness to learn round off your profile perfectly for us
