Your key responsibilities include:
You will welcome our international guests from all over the world and, together with your team, ensure that
**everything runs smoothly**

at the front desk related to guest arrivals and departures, including room sales, room allocation for VIPs and groups, and room registration
You will coordinate with the housekeeping and technical team to ensure that rooms are properly and efficiently cleaned and available to guests.

to ensure that all guest data is accurate and to monitor that the specific requirements of the guests are met efficiently.
