As a Field Service Technician (M/F/T), you will perform commissioning, customer training, maintenance, and repair work on-site at customers' locations in Germany, and occasionally abroad (worldwide).
From your home office, you will primarily support our mechatronic pumps/pump systems (e.g., ''SIHIdry'' / ''SIHIboost'') in the Frankfurt/Mannheim/Kaiserslautern/Heidelberg region.

Carrying out commissioning, customer training, maintenance and repair work
u202fCarrying out fault and remote diagnoses
Preparation of work reports such as maintenance reports, commissioning reports
**Your profile**

Completed training as a mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer or comparable
Good PC and MS Office skills
Suitability as a respiratory protection device wearer according to G26 II
Driving license class B
Good knowledge of English
High quality awareness, independent work, commitment and very high flexibility as well as resilience and customer orientation
Ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable position
