For our Group Human Resources Department, we are seeking to recruit a (Senior) Workday Compensation Expert (f/m/d).

Your role serves as a bridge between strategic compensation expertise and the technical implementation within Workday , our global HRIS platform. As the global product owner for the Compensation and Goals modules, you will oversee the configuration and related processes across more than 50 countries .

This position is centered on strengthening our capabilities in strategically important areas across the Group and offers a highly international, cross-functional environment . It requires close alignment with the strategic priorities of the Compensation & Benefits team, as well as ongoing collaboration with our dedicated Workday team to continuously enhance our system landscape.

You will work closely with stakeholders from Group, Area, and Country HR to ensure a balanced approach - one that maintains compliance with global standards while also accommodating local requirements . This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our global compensation framework and contribute meaningfully to our digital HR transformation in a dynamic and international setting.

This position is located in Heidelberg . You will directly report to the position Head of Compensation & Benefits.
