Job Description

The Role
Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. They are part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and the team’s achievement of daily objectives.

Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum secondary education (ESO) or equivalent
  • Retail experience: At least 1 year recommended
  • CEFR B2 fluency in English & Spanish (required)
  • Customer focus, communication, interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, adaptability/flexibility, and ethical professionalism
  • Attentive to trends and fashion knowledge
What It Takes
  • Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience: At least 1 year preferred
  • No supervisory/management experience required
  • CEFR B2 fluency in English & Spanish (required)
  • Omni-channel services awareness
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and adaptability
