🚀 Entertainment Manager (German Speaking)

Hapimag, a leader in hospitality offering luxurious holiday apartments, is seeking a highly motivated Entertainment Manager to join our team at Paguera, Mallorca.

What you can expect

In this multifaceted role, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional guest experiences through a variety of fun and engaging entertainment programs. Throughout the year, your responsibilities will evolve to ensure a seamless operation:

Off-Season (Year-Round):

• Independently create, execute and manage entertainment schedules based on guest occupancy e.G. Aqua aerobics, stretching classes and Miniclub activities have to be offered.
• Develop and prepare new activities and programs for peak seasons.
• Maintain and ensure the readiness of PA and lighting equipment.

Peak Season (Summer):

• Lead and train a team of up to 8 entertainers
• Host and present various entertainment activities, including, but not limited to, fitness activities, sports and games, workshops, youth and children’s activities and evening programs tailored to guest preferences.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating and inspiring fellow entertainers.

What you bring along

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leading role in animation or entertainment within the hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to create engaging and diverse entertainment programs.
• Excellent public speaking skills with a dynamic and enthusiastic stage presence.
• Fluency in German and English, with intermediate Spanish proficiency a must.
• Proficient in using Office applications, PA systems, and lighting equipment.
• A highly independent and self-assured work style.
• A strong service and team orientation, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for returning guests.
