Your missionWe are looking for a Compensation Manager with experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) to join our team. This role is key to ensuring efficient implementation and fostering strong customer relationships, making sure clients get the most out of our platform.
What you will do- Onboarding and setup: Lead the integration of new clients, ensuring they get full value from Remuner.
- Client relationship management: Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients optimize their incentive plans through our platform.
- Optimization and consulting: Analyze compensation structures and recommend improvements based on best practices and data insights.
- Training and support: Deliver training sessions to guarantee optimal tool usage while aligning with business and operational strategies.
- Churn management and expansion: Identify cancellation risks and expansion opportunities within each account.
- Internal collaboration: Work with product and sales teams to enhance platform functionality and ensure client needs are reflected in the roadmap.
- Experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Customer Success, or Software Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of compensation models, commission structures, and revenue.
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. ), ERP systems, or databases.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
