🚀 Retail Data Analyse Specialist（零售数据分析专员）

Job Responsibilities

1. Process sales, shopping guide and retail management data of Southwest European stores, conduct data cleaning, matching, mining and analysis, and deliver reports to support decision-making.
2. Transform raw data of global retail customers and upload it to the headquarters database.
3. Develop reports focusing on core indicators for offline marketing strategy and planning.
4. Support the application of retail management systems.

Job Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in data development and analysis within the retail industry.
2. Proven experience in end-to-end data processes, including collection, cleaning and analytical modeling.
3. Strong ability in summarization, rigorous thinking and data sensitivity;
   coupled with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent cross-departmental communication and team collaboration skills.

岗位职责:

1、处理西南欧门店销售、导购及零售管理数据，完成清洗、匹配、挖掘与分析，输出报告支撑决策；

2、转换全球零售客户原始数据，并上传到总部数据库；

3、负责线下营销战略与策划关注核心指标的报表开发工作；

4、协助零售管理系统应用。

任职资格:

1、2年以上零售行业数据开发及数据分析相关经验；

2、参与完整的数据采集、数据清洗、分析建模工作者；

3、善于总结，思维严谨，数据敏感度强；强责任心，良好的跨部门沟通能力和团队协作能力。
