🚀 Laboratory Project Manager (F/M/D)

Job Summary\

The Laboratory Project Manager plays a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the implementation of complex technical solutions in healthcare laboratories.

\

Responsibilities include leading projects involving automation systems and space adaptation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring maximum efficiency and speed in execution.

\ Key Responsibilities:\

• Develop and maintainproject plans to control all phases: integration, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate logistics, documentation, and stakeholder engagement with internal and external partners.
• Maintain direct communication with department leaders and the final customer, managing expectations and ensuring project governance through required documentation.
• Collaborate with technical and automation teams to seek external solutions for laboratory space adaptation.
• Create and update departmental reports for presentation to Senior Management.

\ Requirements:\

• University degree inEngineering or Scientific background.
• Previous experience in customer service and healthcare environments.
• Technical profile with experience in laboratory automation, LIS/middleware, and analytical systems (clinical chemistry, immunochemistry, hematology, urinalysis).
• Strong organizational skills, leadership, effective communication, negotiation, attention to detail, and problem identification.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
