As part of our ongoing growth and commitment to excellence, we are currently looking for a PVQA Support professional to join our team. The role acts as a key liaison between the Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments , supporting routine quality activities, monitoring deviations, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation updates.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• PSMF Update: Quality check of the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF) and preparation of sections related to quality, including indicators, audits, CAPAs, and deviations .
• KPIs: Preparation and production of monthly indicator reports .
• Deviations Management: Follow-up on supplier deviations and management within internal systems. Monitor and supervise internal deviations , propose and track CAPAs , and coordinate PSMF preparation activities.
• Serve as a link between PV and QA departments , facilitating communication and workflow.
• Ensure proper use of the quality system platform and adherence to established processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field .
• Experience in quality assurance, pharmacovigilance, or pharmaceutical operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of CAPA management, deviations, and quality metrics .
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills .
• Excellent communication skills in English;
  Spanish fluency preferred.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to receive training on quality systems and platforms .
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements is a plus.
