We are looking for a highly skilled service professional to lead our customer-facing operations in Iberia.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to take full responsibility for driving profitable, customer-centric service growth across Spain and Portugal.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage and drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.
- Implement and monitor service standards, ensuring alignment with global and regional best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Cluster and Regional Service Directors to share best practices and drive consistent operations.
- Identify growth opportunities and market trends to expand the service business.
- Monitor competitor activities and translate insights into strategic actions.
- 7+ years experience in leading B2C service organizations.
- Strong business acumen and experience managing P&L and budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working in matrix organizations.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on approach to execution.
- Profound understanding of service operations and processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Based in Spain, with ability to travel across the region when needed.
