Job Title: Site HSE Supervisor

Location: Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain

Contract Duration: October 2025 – End of April 2027

Hours: Approx 56 hours per week

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + accommodation and transport reimbursed

Project Type: EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)

Requirements:

• Valid Recurso Preventivo certificate (mandatory)
• Proven experience in health and safety supervision on EPC or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of Spanish Health & Safety regulations and risk prevention measures
• Ability to work extended hours while maintaining compliance standards
• Good communication skills in Spanish (English an advantage)

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for overseeing on-site safety compliance across all phases of an EPC project. Duties include monitoring work activities, identifying hazards, implementing corrective and preventive measures, and reporting to the site management team. The successful candidate will ensure all personnel adhere to safety procedures and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in workplace safety.
