Position Summary
- We are seeking a Construction Manager with proven experience in executing EPC projects within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Offshore, or Industrial sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring proper execution according to drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring the appropriate allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Plan and control project progress, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, HSE, and Project Management teams to ensure proper integration of site activities.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE ) standards across all work fronts.
- Prepare progress reports, productivity indicators, and related project documentation.
- Support change management processes (claims, scope variations) from a construction perspective.
- Represent the Construction Department in coordination meetings with the client, project management, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate site teams, fostering a safe and results-oriented work environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction projects within the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial Infrastructure sectors, preferably in EPC environments.
- Advanced knowledge of construction planning, cost control, and contractor management.
- Strong command of international construction and HSE standards.
- Fluent English (C1 level) for effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and multicultural teams.
- Availability to work in offshore environments and travel internationally as required.
