PhD Candidate Recruitment (FPI contract)

Transcriptional networks in cancer and immunity Lab, UPV/EHU

- We are seeking a highly motivated PhD candidate to join our laboratory for a project focused on transcriptional networks governing tumor development and immune regulation.

- This position is funded by a 4-year FPI contract (State Agency for Research, AEI, Spain), and includes social security and health insurance.

- Our group, led by Ana M. Zubiaga and Jone Mitxelena, is based at the Maria Goyri Biotechnology Center, UPV/EHU Science Park, and integrated within the Faculty of Science and Technology of the UPV/EHU Campus of Biscay.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Biosciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy…).

- Official master in Biosciences.

What we value:

- Strong academic performance in BSc studies (>

7,5/10).

- Previous experience in molecular and cell biology, and work with mouse models.

- Training in (bio)informatics.

- Fluency in English.
