Responsibilities Provide leadership and support for store/customer operations as a PT Customer Lead.
Collaborate with store leadership to drive customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Assist in training and development of associates on processes and policy adherence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
