**Job Title**Process Improvement Senior Specialist**Summary** We are seeking a **Process Improvement Senior Specialist** to join team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing operational data and processes, identifying pain points, and defining improved ways of working. You’ll lead process mapping and optimization initiatives, support change management across teams, and promote knowledge sharing and training to drive efficiency, productivity, and performance to meet with our operational targets. **Key Responsibilities*** Analyze operational data and workflows to uncover inefficiencies and pain points.* Design and implement optimized processes and ways of working.* Manage and support cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met and monitor effectiveness and impact.* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership to align process improvement activities with strategic objectives;
* Facilitate change management initiatives to encourage adoption of new processes and tools;
* Promote knowledge sharing and training activities to enhance productivity and performance to meet our operational targets;
* Use analytical and planning tools (Excel, Power BI, SF, MS Project) to drive insights and support decision-making. **About the Ideal Candidate*** 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, project/program management or service delivery roles;
* Demonstrates strong expertise in Lean methodologies, process mapping, and KPI tracking;
* Skilled in identifyingoperational inefficiencies and implementing data-driven, standardized solutions;
* Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Salesforce (SF), MS Project, Confluence and SharePoint;
* Strong analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to convey complex concepts clearly;
* Proven ability to manage change, facilitate adoption of new processes and promote collaboration across teams;
* Experienced in designing and delivering training and knowledge-sharing initiatives;
* Fluent in English;
