Provide IT support to employees: troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (PCs, printers, scanners, network devices).
Support license management and software deployment (M365, OA, Lark).
Monitor system performance and report to the IT Manager.
Document IT processes and prepare simple user guides for staff.
Collaborate with HR and business teams to support digital operations.
✅ Student or graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of networks, hardware, and software.
IT infrastructure
SAP/DMS experience is a plus).
Spanish and English .
Chinese (Mandarin) will be considered a strong plus.
