Lead Procurement Analyst - Barcelona, Spain - Hybrid Date: Sep 18, 2025 Location: Barcelona, B, ES, 08019 Company: Cimpress Services Our Team Our team includes Procurement Excellence (PEX) and four category teams— Raw Materials, Logistics, Capex, and Services . PEX leads the way with digital tools, streamlined processes, and shared knowledge, working closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, and Product to make Procurement a true business accelerator. What You Will Do Business Intelligence & Data Analysis: Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, benchmarking, supplier performance reviews, and market analysis. Translate complex data into reports that directly support business decisions. Sourcing & Contract Management: Partner with Category Managers to conduct spend and opportunity analyses, structure sourcing events, and improve contract repository accuracy and processes. Project & Process Management: Lead projects from initiation to delivery, managing timelines and budgets. Foster collaboration with internal partners. Drive process improvements, optimize existing tools and evaluate new scalable technologies. Strategic Reporting & System Analysis: Utilize P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities that influence spend. Develop reports to drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage trusted relationships across Procurement and internal teams, ensuring transparency, data accuracy, and alignment with strategic goals. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our Procurement tools, ensuring they function correctly and data remains accurate. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Procurement-related roles, including project management responsibilities, owning training, managing stakeholder relationships and requirements, designing and planning solutions, evaluating risks and project scalability. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) with a proven track record of creating dashboards and reports that influenced business decisions. Data management: Basic SQL knowledge. Familiar with ETL tools and database querying. Experience in large, international corporate environments , working across multiple business units, currencies, and regions. Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages such as German or Spanish are a strong plus. Nice to Have Experience working in Google Workspace or Airtable. Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK, Scrum) and tools (Jira, Confluence). Familiarity with AI tools, Snowflake Cortex. Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry.
