The VP is a member of the Coverage Team, reporting to the Head of Corporate Coverage Iberia, working closely with Managing Directors to manage and develop global relationships. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship : Maintain and develop client relationships, liaise with Managing Directors on client activity, and take ownership of selected clients. Origination / Commercial Coordination : Increase revenues, monitor profitability, manage flow banking business, supervise network relationship managers, manage transaction origination and execution, support non-CIB product origination, and lead client action plans. Risk Management : Contribute to credit reviews, monitor credit risk, and validate credit requests. Resource Management : Allocate financial resources efficiently based on client needs and indicators. Compliance & CSR : Support compliance processes, react to client situation changes, and enforce CSR and regulatory policies. Conduct : Ensure appropriate and suitable business conduct, participate in network-building, and support transformation initiatives.
