About the role: Join our Corporate Data Solutions Tribe, responsible for providing reports, dashboards, and analytics for the entire SD Worx Group. Your work will support data-driven decision-making across HR and payroll solutions. Your Responsibilities: Design and implement complex statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques to solve business problems. Develop and execute data strategies that align with business objectives and drive value. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand needs and deliver data‑driven insights and solutions. Clean, preprocess, and organize raw data to ensure quality and readiness for analysis. Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying new techniques to improve capabilities. Implement and deploy machine learning models in production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Ensure all data practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements and promote ethical use of data. Our Requirements Master’s degree in computer science, Information Sciences with a focus on Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI. 5‑7 years of experience in a similar role. Strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques. Proficiency in Python and experience with data science libraries and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, pandas). Experience with Azure, Azure Data Factory, Azure ML, Git, and Azure MLOps. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading data science teams. Excellent communication skills, able to present complex findings to technical and non‑technical audiences. Eager to learn and result‑driven mindset. Experience considered as a plus Experience with Docker. Experience in Agile working. Experience developing data products based on Large Language Models. Deploying models using Azure services and building production‑ready data solutions using APIs.
