Are you passionate about sales? Keep reading, we want you on our team! What are we looking for We are expanding the Sales team and we are looking for one Sales Development Representative to join us. The ideal candidate is an energetic and consistent self-starter with the ability to take the accounts from first contact to Meeting with our Account Executives. You will discover outbound prospects, build rapport and establish long-term relationships. Responsibilities Elaborate a contactability strategy to start a conversation with the buyer persona and a messaging strategy to be relevant. Assure the correct execution of the contactability and messaging strategy by the SDR team. Identify top performers and adapt the processes in the playbook to mirror their strategies. Prepare you part in the weekly goals (Monday), coaching (Wednesday), and all-hands (Friday) meetings. Track contactability and messaging efficiency for different target markets and buyer personas, listen to calls and fine-tune the strategy according to market feedback. Requirements Min. 2 - 3 years' of relevant work experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Knowledge about digital business & environmentsExperience and knowledge in the startup ecosystem is a plus. Knowledge and experience in audiovisual sales communication and presentation tools. Proficient in Spanish & English. Other Languages will be a plus. Experience into B2B & SaaS platforms is a plus.
