🚀 Exhibitions Production Assistant

We're Pro Expo. We design and produce incredible brand experiences around the world. We’re looking for a hands-on, organized Production Assistant to support our Project Managers in planning and executing projects at exhibitions and events. You’ll be at the heart of our project delivery engine, supporting our Project Managers and Production Leads in bringing bold ideas to life. Expect variety, challenges, and the chance to grow. What you’ll do: Help coordinate production, suppliers, and timelines. Track project progress and support with logistics Learn from a passionate, experienced team how we transform briefs into beautiful, high-impact brand experiences. Be part of international, high-impact projects. What we’re looking for: Super organized, proactive, and ready to learn Fluent in English (negotiation level) Experience in trade shows and exhibitions Ready to travel.
