We’re hiring a Global Finance Business Analyst to bridge Finance and IT, leading the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC 365) across global entities. The role focuses on streamlining financial processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering scalable solutions that support international growth.

Travel: Open to international client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with global finance teams to document and prioritize business needs.
• System Implementation: Lead or support BC 365 rollouts, ensuring localization and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and tax laws.
• Process Optimization: Drive automation and efficiency across financial workflows.
• Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards and KPIs using BC 365 and Power BI for real-time decision-making.
• Training & Support: Empower finance teams with training and ongoing system support.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst , ideally with BC 365 .
• Strong understanding of multi-currency , intercompany , and global consolidation accounting .
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in tools such as Visio , Lucidchart , JIRA , and Microsoft Teams .
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
