🚀 Chief Impact Officer

CEO & Co-Founder at Alberami | Regenerative Farming - Italy’s only ICROA-Endorsed NBS CDR Project

We’re hiring a Chief Impact Officer (CIO) to embed an impact-led culture across teams, represent Alberami in international events and policy forums, and turn professional networks into concrete opportunities for projects, pilots, and clients. You’ll co-create and deliver impact strategies, align the organisation around clear outcomes and indicators, and translate complexity into stories that travel, from field pilots to decision rooms. This is a hands‑on role to start (no large team initially), moving with discipline from strategy to delivery.

What you’ll do:

Represent Alberami at international conferences and policy forums with a clear, credible voice.

Build and activate professional networks across Europe, turning relationships into opportunities (projects, pilots, clients).

Plan and execute strategic positioning (thought leadership, partnerships, coalitions) to elevate our profile.

Align programmes around clear outcomes and meaningful indicators; track and report progress.

Lead learning cycles so evidence informs decisions, investment, and scale; make impact stories travel.

About you:

You’re a persuasive, principled communicator with a strong public presence. You build partnerships that last, connect dots across domains, and move from strategy to delivery with discipline. You’re at home in the language of impact, outcomes, indicators, without losing sight of people and context.

A deep understanding and passion for regenerative culture and economy is essential.

What motivates you:

You want to make impact measurable and meaningful, not just rhetorical. You’ll collaborate with product, science, and field partners across Europe, with the flexibility to operate remotely and engage at key events when it matters most.

Our offer:

Help us make credibility the norm, turning metrics into impact across partners, forums, and markets. You’ll represent Alberami internationally, build and activate networks, and convert visibility into opportunities, from pilots to multi‑year programmes.

The intended start date is December 2025 but it can be flexible. The position is a part‑time commitment.

Remote‑first; hybrid availability in Murcia, Spain is valued.

Language:

Full professional proficiency in English, Spanish and Italian are a bonus.
