Chief Brand & Growth Officer

Lead Fitt Insider from a luxury wellness resort to the world’s most trusted longevity and performance brand. Own all B2C revenue and engagement channels, orchestrating every touchpoint of the guest and member journey—from first digital interaction to lifelong health partnership—while staying years ahead of industry competitors.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Strategic Growth
    Design and execute a multi-year roadmap balancing premium rate integrity with ambitious global expansion.
    Define and manage growth KPIs across revenue, CAC, LTV, digital conversion, retention, and brand awareness.
    Benchmark us against leading longevity, health, and luxury digital brands to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
  • Guest Journey & Membership
    Reimagine the end-to-end guest experience to create a seamless, high-touch journey before, during, and long after each stay.
    Build a year-round membership ecosystem that delivers continuous health guidance, curated diagnostics, and exclusive member benefits to drive lifetime value and daily engagement.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing
    Own all direct-to-consumer digital funnels and e-commerce performance with a relentless focus on ROI.
    Architect a personalized, data-driven ecosystem (CRM, loyalty, AI, HubSpot, Power BI) that anticipates member needs, drives repeat bookings, and delivers proactive health interventions.
    Lead global performance marketing (paid social, SEM, programmatic, affiliates, retargeting) to accelerate acquisition while maintaining our premium positioning.
  • Brand & Creative Excellence
    Elevate our positioning at the intersection of science, health, and lifestyle.
    Oversee global brand architecture, creative direction, PR, and content to ensure we remain the most aspirational longevity brand worldwide.
    Develop a global network of ambassadors and elite athletes, leveraging their influence to reinforce our credibility in high-performance and affluent sport communities.

Ideal Profile

  • 12–20 years of senior leadership in digital growth and brand strategy within luxury or health digital platforms.
  • Proven success transforming a premium hospitality or lifestyle concept into a global health or membership brand with strong digital performance.
  • Mastery of full-funnel digital marketing: acquisition, retention, CRO, data analytics, and automation.
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical skills; able to translate vision into clear KPIs and actionable roadmaps.
  • Strong networks across UHNWI, luxury travel trade, private membership groups, elite sports ecosystems, and medical/wellness communities.
  • Inspirational people leader able to attract, develop, and retain top commercial and brand talent worldwide.
  • International mindset; experienced across Europe, North America, and emerging markets. Fluent in English (Spanish a plus).

Location

Preferably Madrid (HQ) or Mexico (regular travel to Spain, Mexico, Emirates & future openings).
