🚀 Quality Management Trainee - Nobu Ibiza Bay

About the role

The Quality trainee will provide support to the Quality Managerin the daily operations of theirarea to ensure all teams follow health and safety regulations, implementing quality management actions and contributing to the development of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay policies and procedures.

You will have a full understanding of how to manage a Quality area by working with all teams in the area. You will have a direct impact to the operational team’s motivation and actions reporting directly to Quality Manager and General Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different departments of the hotel to exceed guest expectations.

Program length: 6 to 8months -Start date: March 2026

What you need to have

• Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management, Business Management studies, (Diploma, University studies or Master).
• English Fluency (B2+ or above).
• Being an independent speaker of Spanish (B2) will be a plus.
• User level of Microsoft Office.
• Good organization and planning skills.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest services.
• Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
• Previous hospitality experience is a big plus.
• Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza.
