Sales Development Representative (Norwegian-speaking) – Hybrid – Cloud Solutions MV02

Join the global technology leader Concentrix as a Sales Development Representative (Norwegian-speaking) in a hybrid role focused on advanced cloud technologies. Drive the sales cycle, nurture client relationships, and showcase your expertise in cloud solutions.

Location: Benalmádena, Spain – full-time, permanent, Spanish contract. Time Type: Full-time.

What You Will Do:

• Be the first contact point, deliver a strong first impression, and cultivate a portfolio of clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to fulfill small and medium‑sized business needs of our client's leading cloud technologies.
• Maximize upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
• Collect customer feedback and articulate it back to the business – Voice of Customer.

Your Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Norwegian plus fluent English.
• 1‑2 years’ experience in IT sales with a proven track record, or sales account management / customer management experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.

It Would Be a Plus If You:

• Have experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions.
• Hold Microsoft Fundamentals certification on MS Azure, Modern Workplace, and/or BizApps.

• Base salary of €25,000 gross/year + bonus up to €4,800 gross/year and private medical insurance.
