Who You Are:

  • Growth-oriented B2B SaaS marketer with actual startup experience (not seeking corporate/enterprise career marketers)
  • Proven record reaching and engaging decision-makers in mid to large companies
  • Ready to lead GTM and execution based on your own expertise and hustle, with minimal resources or hand‑holding

Your Role:

  • Build & Lead Marketing Strategy :Architect Groflex's market approach across channels, designing and driving everything from messaging to lead gen without relying on big budgets or teams
  • Brand Leadership: Position Groflex as the Business OS of choice for ambitious organizations
  • Execution Machine :Personally launch and optimize GTM, content, digital campaigns, and sales enablement
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator :Bring customer insights into product iterations and partner closely with the founder
  • Team Builder: Once funded, hire and mentor marketing talent to expand reach and capability

You’ll Need:

  • Demonstrated success in marketing leadership roles for B2B SaaS startups, especially scaling new platforms in mid‑large enterprise segments
  • Startup hustle, comfortable rolling up your sleeves and making things happen with tight timelines and no guaranteed outcomes
  • Data-driven mindset and hands‑on ability to iterate strategy/campaigns directly
  • Deep understanding of digital, outbound, and account‑based growth tactics for higher‑tier customers
  • Bonus: Experience marketing AI‑driven software or workflow automation solutions
