We are looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist with Portuguese to join our team in Madrid , providing direct support to the Portugal team .

What will you do on a daily basis?

This role offers a hybrid focus between recruitment and people management. Initially, it will be centered on recruitment tasks, with a progressive evolution towards People Manager responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment management: job postings, interviews and coordination with managers
• Consultant support and follow-up: training, schedule control, and communication with managers
• Coordination with teams in Portugal, including occasional travel (once a month)
• Collaboration with cross-functional departments to ensure process quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• High level of Portuguese (mandatory)
• Spanish: valuable
• Previous experience in recruitment
• Valuable: experience in people management or training functions
• Organized, autonomous profile with strong interpersonal skills
