As Interim Junior CFO, you will support the financial leadership during a key transition period. You'll work closely with the current CFO and an accounting team. This project at the moment is required for 1 to 3 days a week for 6 months. Once analysed the needs then will make a new plan.

You'll be joining a growing organization recently acquired by a private equity fund. The company is undergoing a strategic transformation and offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment. With operations across Europe, it's recognized for its innovation and ambition, while maintaining a discreet and professional culture.

Description

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and analyzing profit & loss statements
• Budget planning and monitoring
• Creating financial presentations (PowerPoint)
• Managing financial consolidations
• Maintaining relationships with banking partners
• Liaising with external tax and legal advisors

Profile

We're seeking a finance professional with at least 7 years of experience in accounting and financial control. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable working in transitional environments. Key qualifications include:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience in corporate transitions or restructuring
• Availability to work at least one fixed day (Tuesday) with flexibility for additional days
