What you’ll do

As Head of Customer Success, you will build and lead Zynap’s Customer Success function from the ground up by defining how we partner with customers, measure success, and ensure our platform becomes indispensable to their operations.

  • Define and execute the global Customer Success strategy, building scalable post-sales processes from onboarding to renewal.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our enterprise customers, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and measurable business impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product to ensure a fantastic customer experience and a continuous feedback loop.
  • Develop a framework for tracking customer health, renewals, and expansion, including success metrics, dashboards, and a reporting cadence.
  • Establish playbooks for onboarding, enablement, and customer communication, setting the operational foundation for a future CS team.
  • Identify and anticipate customer needs, translating them into actionable initiatives and product priorities.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a B2B SaaS environment (cybersecurity or infrastructure software a strong plus).
  • Proven experience scaling a Customer Success organization or playbook in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and able to design systems while staying hands‑on with customers.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS lifecycle metrics and how to operationalize them.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
  • Based in or willing to work hybrid from our Barcelona HQ.
