People & Talent Lead (HR)

About the Role

Full‑time, remote (CET ±2 preferred). You will own the full people lifecycle and scale a multi‑jurisdiction team (EU/UK/UAE/LatAm), partnering with leadership on org design, headcount planning, and performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own hiring end‑to‑end for tech, compliance, ops, support, and marketing, using data and AI.
• Automate HR workflows with AI (ATS, sourcing, onboarding, performance).
• Run People Ops across EU, UAE, and LatAm entities: contracts, contractors, payroll, compliance.
• Partner with leadership on org design, headcount planning, and performance culture.
• Build global pipelines (not country‑bound) and raise the hiring bar.
• Lead employee experience: onboarding, L&D, feedback loops, and rituals that reflect BNKA values.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–7+ years in HR / People Ops / Talent Acquisition in startups/scaleups (fintech/crypto is a plus).
• AI‑fluent: automated hiring/HR with ChatGPT, agents, or custom workflows.
• Exposure to regulated environments (KYC/AML, audits, policies) or fast learning.
• Excellent English (Spanish/Italian/Lithuanian are a plus).
• CET time zone friendly.
• Global mindset, passport ready.
