We're hiring: People & Talent Lead (HR) at BNKA

Remote (CET ±2 preferred)

Full‑time at BNKA, we’re not just building fintech—we’re building a financial freedom platform. We connect people across borders, helping them move outside the matrix with stablecoins and traditional finance, combined. We’re compliance‑first, but future‑driven: crypto + fiat rails, AI at the core, and a team that lives global.

I’m looking for a proactive People & Talent Lead who will own the full people lifecycle and scale a multi‑jurisdiction team (EU/UK/UAE/LatAm). This is not a back‑office HR role—it's hands‑on People Ops + Talent Acquisition + Culture with automation at the core.

What You'll Do

• Own hiring end‑to‑end (tech, compliance, ops, support, marketing) with data and AI.
• Automate HR workflows with AI (ATS, sourcing, onboarding, performance).
• Run People Ops across EU, UAE, and LatAm entities: contracts, contractors, payroll, compliance.
• Partner with leadership on org design, headcount planning, and performance culture.
• Build global pipelines (not country‑bound) and raise the hiring bar.
• Lead employee experience: onboarding, L&D, feedback loops, and rituals that reflect BNKA values.

What You've Done

• 3–7+ years in HR / People Ops / Talent Acquisition in startups/scaleups (fintech/crypto is a plus).
• AI‑fluent: you’ve already automated hiring/HR with ChatGPT, agents, or custom workflows.
• Exposure to regulated environments (KYC/AML, audits, policies) or fast learner.
• Excellent English (Spanish/Italian/Lithuanian are a plus).
• CET time zone friendly, global mindset, passport ready.
