Overview

Valeo’s VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world. Business France, the French agency for international business development, is in charge of all the administrative procedures of your assignment. This division develops innovations that contribute to the mobility of tomorrow by reducing pollutant emissions and maximizing vehicle autonomy. The site of Zaragoza based in Spain belongs to POWER Division. We are looking for a VIE Production Coordinator for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• You will assist in the daily supervision of production: Supports the production team to ensure that processes meet quality and efficiency standards.
• You will manage the stocks and materials: You will help to track and manage the materials to avoid production delays.
• You will monitor production performance: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like cycle time, productivity and waste levels.
• You will support the training and motivation of staff: Help train and motivate production personnel to maintain a productive work environment.
• You will identify process improvements: Contribute to identifying and implementing ways to optimize production processes and reduce costs.

Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a Master degree in Engineering
• You already have experience in Engineering (ideally in the automotive field)
• You have a fluent level of English and Spanish
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
• You have knowledge of Office and Google data studio are a plus
