The appointment is to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial strategic planning of the Faculty.
  • Perform regular financial analysis and reports for the Faculty management.
  • Ensure the Faculty’s compliance with the University’s financial regulations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Enterprises Office on all finance-related matters.
  • Manage overseas and mainland China outreach centres.
  • Supervise and lead the Faculty’s finance team.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Good university degree.
  • Not less than 15 years’ relevant administrative or management experience.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a business school setting handling financial matters.
  • Demonstrated leadership of a sizeable team, sound judgment, and a high capacity for independent action.
  • Excellent command of languages; outstanding analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • In-depth knowledge of the University’s financial regulations and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 15% of basic salary.
