🚀 Sales manager

Temporary position for 5 months (from January to May 2026)

This is a temporary role for a Sales Manager at MASANFA SL. This is an on-site role and is located in Santa Cruz de la Palma. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, and monitoring sales performance. They will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and preparing sales reports.

• Experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
• Full professional proficiency in English and German. French is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience in the industry is a plus
