Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior QA to join our team in Spain. You will work alongside developers and testers in a creative, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability, functionality, quality and performance of our products using QA tools.
• Perform regression, integration and performance testing to validate software stability.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to guarantee quality and identify defects.
• Test across multiple devices and browsers to ensure full compatibility.
• Report issues and bugs in Jira, documenting findings clearly.
• Verify that reported bugs have been resolved by the development team.
• Attend daily QA team meetings to discuss tasks, new issues and blockers.
• Assist in resolving support tickets reported by users and internal teams.
• Collaborate with QA, development and business teams for thorough testing.
• Research and employ new testing tools to improve automation and performance.
• Stay updated with emerging QA trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools and processes.
• Knowledge of test manual tools and experience writing clear, concise test plans, cases and bug reports.
• Understanding of manual and automated testing processes.
• Strong enthusiasm, curiosity and problem‑solving mindset.
• Patience, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent teamwork skills and strong capability partnering with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Prior Agile/Scrum experience and exposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Familiarity with test automation tools and interest in AI.
