Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Software Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales and will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that address complex business needs.
Work Arrangement
Remote / Full Time Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close software deals with a strong focus on the insurance industry to meet established sales quotas.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations tailored to client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives and expand market share.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Build a robust pipeline, manage the entire sales cycle, prioritize prospects, accurately forecast sales, and close deals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers and stakeholders.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise software sales (IT industry).
- English level C1 required.
- Experience in the banking or insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems and business processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex sales environments.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business or a related field.
- Strong sales process orientation.
- High familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC) is highly valued.
- Experience selling ECM, CCM, or digital process automation solutions is a plus.
