Programme Manager (Executive Officer) – Two Posts

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration of taught postgraduate degree programmes, including admissions, programme operations, academic coordination, and interaction with prospective candidates, students, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate new projects or initiatives for taught postgraduate programmes, enhance existing systems, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure smooth operation of programme management processes.

Qualifications

• Good bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of solid work experience, preferably in taught postgraduate programme administration and student affairs.
• Strong team player, self‑starter with a positive attitude.
• Detail‑oriented, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
