Axiom Recruit has partnered with a leading DeFi protocol with billions in traded assets for its next Finance Manager who could evolve to a CFO role. Now, they are launching a new lending protocol without all the fluff—something truly unique and complex. It's an exciting time to join.

This role is remote , but you can come to the office in Germany if you would like. Perm or Contract opportunities.

What We Require

• 6+ years of financial leadership experience
• Experienced German GAAP & German tax law (particularly VAT and wage tax)
• Experience in e2e financial operations including accounting, treasury, tax, accounting, HR/payroll, FP&A etc
• This role requires German language – C1 minimum
• If you have any experience in a crypto project that would be perfect, this isn't a deal breaker
