🚀 Head of Growth & Sales - Technical Assistance and Engineering Services

As part of the VULCAIN ENGINEERING group — a leading French multinational with a strong presence in critical infrastructure and energy sectors — we operate with a multi-disciplinary and international approach .

We are currently seeking a Head of Growth & Sales (CBMO) to join our Technical Assistance division, based in Madrid , and play a key role in driving operations and strategic growth within engineering service projects.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Coordinate and supervise business operations within the engineering service delivery unit (Technical Assistance).
• Oversee and optimize project performance across clients in infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams.
• Lead the proposal and bidding process in collaboration with the Business Development and Technical departments.
• Ensure timely reporting and KPIs monitoring related to project delivery, financials, and resource management.
• Define and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate internal reviews and ensure alignment with Vulcain Group’s strategic objectives.
• Support recruitment strategy and allocation of engineering profiles to ongoing and new projects.
• Monitor contract compliance, budget adherence, and SLA execution.
• Contribute to growth planning and expansion of key accounts.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical consulting, engineering services, or technical assistance environments.
• Experience in client-facing roles, project delivery coordination, and business operations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory). Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. French, or German) will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of the engineering and energy sectors, particularly in technical consultancy.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or ERP / CRM platforms.
