🚀 Store Manager - Zaragoza

We are looking for a passionate Store Manager with experience in retail to join our amazing team in Zaragoza!

The candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and a strong sense of fashion. The candidate should also be able to maximize sales through strong communication, industry knowledge and enthusiasm, and provide daily operational management ensuring product presentation aligns with brand standards.

He or she will be required to achieve budgeted sales plans on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis under the direction of the Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the unique TK Client Experience: greet and assist customers, promote products with a controlled sales pitch, build loyalty and guarantee satisfaction.
• Develop sales at the store: control performance indicators (Top, Flop, CR, ATV, UPT), manage stocks and inventories, produce daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and manage trading budget.
• Manage, animate and focus the sales team: participate in recruitment, integrate and train new employees, set daily sales goals, and develop employee skills through assessment and coaching.
• Ensure optimal functioning of the point of sale: create schedules, set up zoning, manage visual merchandising according to company guidelines, and ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Initial management experience in retail or premium service sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong commercial temperament, results‑oriented culture.
• Enthusiasm for fashion, strong product awareness and good knowledge of industry trends.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
