Role: Segment Owner
Self‑serve segment owners are accountable for one of the small‑company, freelancer, or retiree segments. This highly strategic role defines and executes the complete go‑to‑market strategy for the segment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning & execution: Identify growth bottlenecks and new market opportunities; set short‑term and long‑term targets; deliver weekly performance updates on ARR, churn, and gross profit.
- Product marketing & channel enablement: Provide deep market intelligence; conduct customer interviews and sales call reviews; craft differentiated positioning; empower channel owners across paid advertising, SEO, partnerships, and referral programs; build and deploy segment‑specific assets such as email campaigns and landing pages.
- Product & Data: Define segment‑specific feature requirements and analytics needs; continuously improve performance dashboards with AI & Data team support; collaborate on cross‑functional topics such as legal setup, guarantee, and renewal to ensure profitability.
Qualifications
- At least five years of product‑marketing experience.
- Experience in strategic business development and/or go‑to‑market (a plus).
- Full French and English fluency, written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort building dashboards.
- Entrepreneurial growth mindset; self‑starter in a fast‑moving environment.
- Exposure to pricing/packaging and unit economics; ability to reason about profitability.
- Collaborative and able to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience working with small business and individual customer segments (a plus).
