As our Global Senior Talent Attraction Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we attract and hire the right people at the right time across regions and cultures while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will help align global hiring needs with business growth and workforce planning, contributing to a diverse and high‑performing organization. This role will, among others, focus on partnering with our Sales & Marketing organization to support their recruitment needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process globally from profile definition and search to interviewing, selection, and contracting.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers across geographies, guiding and coaching them on global hiring strategies, structured interviewing, and selection best practices.
- Conduct interviews, including assessment‑based interviews, and provide insightful feedback to hiring managers.
- Contribute to global recruitment improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects that elevate our talent acquisition capabilities.

With direct reference to our Head of P&C Global Excellence & Operations, you will become a part of a tight‑knit group of 11 colleagues who work towards delivering outstanding employee experiences across the whole lifecycle. Qualifications
- Extensive experience in managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple countries and regions – preferably from tech and energy industry.
- Proficient hands‑on experience with candidate sourcing on LinkedIn, interviewing and evaluation.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers across cultures.
- High drive, result‑orientation and process orientation, with adequate extroversion.
- Relevant master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or similar. Fluency in English required.
