We’re iubenda, the team turning compliance into a growth engine. We help over 110K businesses all around the world build trust, boost performance, and grow without limits. Now part of team.blue, we’re scaling privacy tech with confidence, creativity, and a little bit of attitude. Join a team that moves fast, thinks big, and makes privacy feel exciting again!
Your Mission
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Director of Growth Revenue to join our team and own 100% of revenue generated from self‑service customers across all platforms. You will report to our CMO and drive end‑to‑end funnel optimisation, from demand‑generation, through conversion to paid customers, and into retention and expansion. You will coordinate performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and product‑led growth initiatives together with the product team. You drive data‑backed results, act cross‑functionally, and scale sustainable revenue growth. PLG is your domain; every funnel improvement, test, and customer retention you make adds direct impact. You’re not just driving growth; you’re building the revenue engine. Join a team that’s scaling fast, staying human, and rewriting the rules of privacy tech.
You Will Be in Charge of
- Defining and executing the revenue growth strategy for self‑service customers across all platforms (web, in‑app);
- Owning the full funnel: demand gen → activation → conversion → retention → expansion;
- Coordinating performance marketing (paid search, social, display, affiliates) with lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, push, in‑product) to maximize acquisition ROI and conversion;
- Managing a team of PPC, Lifecycle marketing, and SEO professionals;
- Partnering with the Product team to design, test, and roll out product‑led growth features, pricing experiments, onboarding flows, and upsell paths;
- Setting, monitoring, and reporting on metrics (CAC, LTV, churn rate, activation rate, ARR/MRR expansion), and driving improvements;
- Conducting frequent funnel diagnostics: identify drop‑off points, run A/B tests, partner with engineering/data for analytics instrumentation;
- Creating and maintaining scalable growth ops: growth dashboards, tool stack (CRM, automation, analytics), playbooks, and efficient workflows;
- Collaborating with finance to forecast revenue, set targets, understand unit economics, and drive profitability;
- Building a culture of experimentation, rapid learning, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Requirements
- 7‑12+ years’ experience in growth, revenue, or performance‑marketing leadership roles in a fast‑growth SaaS or digital self‑service business;
- Proven track record of owning SaaS PLG revenue lines (acquisition + retention + expansion) and driving meaningful growth (e.g., +30‑50% year‑over‑year or scaling from small to large base);
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with funnel metrics, conversion optimisation, cohort analysis, LTV/CAC modelling, A/B testing;
- Hands‑on experience with performance marketing channels, lifecycle marketing automation, product‑led growth, and funnel optimisation;
- Experience leading, scaling, and managing a team (direct reports, KPIs, hiring, structure);
- Excellent cross‑functional collaborator: able to work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance etc;
- Strong operational rigor: setting up dashboards, growth ops, scalable processes, and tool stacks. You’ve worked with Amplitude, Power BI, and Hubspot before;
- Excellent communication skills, both strategic and tactical. Able to present results, influence leadership, and lead initiatives end‑to‑end;
- A growth‑mindset: you thrive on data, iteration, speed, and ownership;
- Strong leadership: build, motivate, and scale teams;
- A bias for action: you don’t wait, you test, learn fast, and iterate;
- Strategic thinking: you can set direction and dive into execution;
- Entrepreneurial energy: you’re comfortable in an evolving business environment.
