Recruiter – Billivion Real Estate (Marbella / Remote)

We’re hiring — recruiter for Billivion Real Estate in Marbella’s luxury real‑estate market. The role focuses on identifying, attracting, and onboarding top‑tier agents who share our values and ambition.

What you’ll be doing

• Sourcing and engaging talented real‑estate agents (experienced or rising stars)
• Publishing compelling job postings on platforms and using networks to build a talent pipeline
• Running initial interviews, assessing motivation, culture fit and potential for high performance
• Collaborating with our leadership team to shape our agent recruitment strategy
• Strengthening Billivion’s employer brand within the luxury property scene and internationally

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment (real estate/sales/hospitality preferred)
• Excellent communicator (English fluent, Spanish intermediate+; other languages are a plus)
• Comfortable working with CRM/recruitment tools and remote workflows
• Highly motivated, proactive and results‑oriented – you care about the hire AND the business impact
• Bonus: appreciation for luxury real‑estate dynamics in Marbella (foreign buyers, high‑end listings, personalised service)
