At Billivion Real Estate, we’re committed to excellence in Marbella’s luxury real‑estate market. With a boutique yet high‑impact team catering to premium clients and exclusive listings along the Costa del Sol, we pride ourselves on quality, integrity and results.

Now we’re looking for a Recruiter who can help us identify, attract and onboard top‑tier agents who share our values and ambition.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing and engaging talented real‑estate agents (experienced or rising stars)
• Publishing compelling job postings on platforms + using networks to build a talent pipeline
• Running initial interviews, assessing motivation, culture‑fit and potential for high performance
• Collaborating with our leadership team to shape our agent recruitment strategy
• Strengthening Billivion’s employer brand within the luxury property scene and internationally

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment (real estate/sales/hospitality preferred)
• Excellent communicator (English fluent, Spanish intermediate+; other languages are a plus)
• Comfortable working with CRM/recruitment tools and remote workflows
• Highly motivated, proactive and results‑oriented – you care about the hire AND the business impact
• Bonus: you have an appreciation for luxury real‑estate dynamics in Marbella (where foreign buyers, high‑end listings and personalised service prevail)
